It is our express purpose to enhance the breadth and accessibility of legal services available to our existing and prospective clients as well as to provide an innovative forum for informative discussion of current legal issues and social commentary. You won't find The Aleagle Perspective similar to any other legal website.  Why? Partly because The Aleagle Perspective is designed for the general, lay, public - not for attorneys.  Attorneys already know most of this stuff, and many would scarcely be receptive to the off-handed treatment of legal issues and law-related humor.  The Aleagle Perspective seeks to entertain as well as inform; The Aleagle Perspective wants the general public to see the other side of the practice of law.  Attorneys have a sense of humor, and the truly gifted, well-rounded, attorney doesn't take himself or his profession too seriously.  You'll find the legal resources and information in The Aleagle Perspective to be punctuated with that flavor.

The study of law is as mercurial as it comes; the rules are constantly changing, and the playing is never level.  Just when you think you've reached full understanding, it all changes - again.  And so, as it must, this website strives to keep up with those changes.  Whether  the changes are legislated, administrated, court-made or by executive order, The Aleagle Perspective  will be your guiding light.  Let us explain the nuances and put the morass in perspective.
