Since its inception in 1975, The Law Office of Alex
G. Logan has believed that prospective clients are
entitled to general information at no cost prior to retaining the services of this firm
in representing
them.
Our law firm believes that prospective clients should have the
opportunity to find out, first hand, with whom they will be dealing and what
will be involved in their representation. They should have the opportunity
to evaluate the attorney as well as have the attorney evaluate their case.
Therefore, our office shall provide a one-hour
consultation, gratis, (yup, that means free) to all
prospective new clients. Should you wish to discuss your legal matter
privately, please respond using this website's contact form. [Contact

The Law Office of Alex
G. Logan has endeavored to make
The Aleagle
Perspective both interesting and informative
(not the stuffy, stodgy, ilk you may have come to expect from other legal websites)
by focusing on recent
developments in related fields of law (often with a jaundiced eye and a caustic
wit) while providing a necessary service to both its casual visitors and clients alike.
Throughout
this site, you will note that the word "attorney" is used, rather than the word
"lawyer". This is in deference to website habitués from the deep South, in which case the word
"lawyer" often sounds like "liar",
and we can't have that unintentional, specious, analogy, now, can we? Any verbal misstep to the contrary is
apologized for in advance.
